We use Singpost courier service for Singapore deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped to the shipping address that you provide at checkout. It takes 1-2 working days to process your order and another 1-3 working days for your order to reach you. During peak periods and public holidays, it may take slightly longer.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

- Janio, FREE delivery for orders S$60 & above. S$7 flat fee for orders below S$60 (4–7 working days for West Malaysia; 10-14 working days for East Malaysia).

For international shipments, the customer or recipient is responsible for sales tax or import duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
OTHER SHIPPING TERMS
- Como Shoppe reserves the right to amend or discontinue the above shipping terms at any time.
- Order value used to determine shipping charge for Singapore delivery is after any applicable promotional discount or voucher.
- No refund of shipping fee for product exchange or return.
- Orders will be shipped to the Delivery Address provided by customer upon checkout. Customer has to provide the correct delivery address and recipient's name and telephone details when submitting order. Como Shoppe will not bear the shipping cost necessary for re-delivery if any package to Como Shoppe is returned due to an invalid address provided or if the package is unclaimed despite delivery attempt. In this circumstance, a return or refund will not be allowed.
All orders will be charged in SGD (default currency) or any currency you choose from the dropdown option right with the final transaction charge to your account varying due to exchange rate fluctuations.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Any International Taxes & Duties are payable by yourself. However, Como Shoppe will utilise the best methods to minimise costs of taxes/duties/customs & freight wherever possible to optimise your shopping experience with us.
- Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up.
- Please note that you can only change your shipping address before your package is dispatched. Please email us at email@example.com and quote your order number and we will do our best to help you out.
