Which items are eligible for returns?

Unfortunately, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene purposes. All items under 'Sale' section or purchased with a promotional code are also not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
How long do I have to return my order?

Once your return request has been approved, the item have to reach us within 7 working days. We will not accept any return/exchange of the item if it does not reach us within the stipulated time frame.
Any reimbursement made will be in the form of store credits (no cash refunds) and are valid for 3 months. Please contact us first here before sending your item back.

If you choose to mail your item back to us via normal post, you assume the risk that the package may get lost. We strongly recommend registering your mail to prevent such incidences from occurring. Do also bubble wrap or send your items in the boxes they arrived in to ensure that your item is not damaged in the mail. Please make sure your returned item is in original condition, without any scratches and defects before apply for return and exchange. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject your return/ exchange request.
How long will it take for me to receive my store credits?
Do kindly give us up to 21 days to process your returns and get back to you once your item has been shipped or dropped off, and note that weekends and public holidays are not working days.
Any reimbursement made will be in the form of store credits, valid for 8 months. We do not provide cash refunds and we reserve the right to deduct $5 for returns orders which qualified for Free Shipping.

- Any images, if necessary
We'll get back to you as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us via store credits only. You have 3 days upon receiving the parcel to return it to us before we deem the item worn. Please note that items broken after being worn are not considered faulty items as the customer has already used them and we cannot account for how the product was handled.
